After taking a 3 year hiatus, I'm finally back! During the COVID pandemic, I wasn't in a good place mentally, but my family and I were physically healthy at least. 💪
Long story short, I started having a life since May 2024, and I figured it would be a great start to play badminton again. Not only do I miss the sport, but I also miss the human-to-human interaction. Nine months later, I decided to participate in the 2025 Brentwood Masters badminton tournament. I participated in the men's singles 40+, men's doubles 30+, men's doubles 40+, and mixed doubles 35+ categories. 🏸
It was held between February 28, 2025 and March 2, 2025, at Cordova Bay Community Club and Brentwood Bay Community Hall.
It was my first tournament in 22 years, and I had a great time. I totally forgot how much fun it was. I will definitely try to participate in this local tournament annually, as I had fun, and friendly conversations with other badminton lovers coming from different cities. 😊
