Facebook actor page
Finally completed my Facebook actor page! Come check it out right here.
Completed the "10 Day Actor Challenge" yesterday and it sure feels great to accomplish a commitment! Today was a bonus and the owners (Risa and Steve of BGB Studio) offered a free download of the meditation files for users to continue the momentum. I'm extremely thankful of Risa and Steve for their immense generosity and I will continue to incorporate meditation in my daily routine. Click here if you want to download the files and you better hurry because they will only be up til June 4.
Yesterday evening, I had a photo shoot with the main cast for the TV series I'm in and it was a lot of fun. We had a lot of nice shots because we took advantage of the beautiful scenery on Mt. Tolmie. The shoot was nearly 3 hours and it was actually quite cold but it was still definitely worth it. I'm excited to see how the pictures will look on the website and on the poster.
Had to do a re-shoot today for my short film "Speak Up" because the director lost some of the footage. He panicked a bit when I told him I got a hair cut, after the wrap up, because my short hair won't match the length of hair and style I have in the film. This is known as a continuity problem, which I learned is very important for film making, because you want everything to match and flow well. Anyways, he still had to shoot some of the missing scenes, so he got creative on how to get the job done.
Forgot To mention
Just did "Day Three" of the "10 Day Actor Challenge" and I'm loving it even more. I forgot to mention that there is also a welcome page for it, which you should look at if you're doing the challenge because it explains why each activity you do is important. Click here to check it out.
10 day actor challenge
Yesterday, I started the "10 Day Actor Challenge" program designed by "The BGB Studios", from North Hollywood, California, and after "Day Two" I feel more renewed, fresh and connected to myself. The program is designed to help aspiring actors to be more bold, creative and connected, which is exactly how I feel. I just had to share this because whether you're an aspiring actor or not, doing the challenge really helps relieve stress. Click here to check out the program. You can also read about challenger's comments by going to BGB's 10 Days Actor's Challenge facebook page. Enjoy!
Just finished shooting "Speak Up" tonight and now it's in post production. The 3 day shoot was a great experience and a lot of fun, so I'm excited to see the final outcome in a few weeks.
second day filming
Today was the second and supposedly the last day to film the student short film but we didn't finish. However, we did get a lot done and will definitely schedule a time to finish the shoot either tomorrow or the next day. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that the name of film is called "Speak Up".
a Productive & awesome day!
Had an audition tonight of the callback for the high school student role for a TV show and I got the role! After that, I immediately had to go meet up with the director and actors for an episode rehearsal on a web series that we will be shooting next month. Lastly, I prepared my props and script for tomorrow's student short film before going to bed because tomorrow is the last day to shoot, so I gotta be all prepared and finish with a bang! It's been a busy but very productive and awesome day!
First day filming
Had a fabulous first day shoot on the student short film today. Just one more day of filming this week and it'll be all wrapped up!
