2019 has come and gone and I must say, in terms of my physical health, it was the WORST YEAR EVER!!! Why? Because I had non stop injuries throughout the year and it made me feel sad.
However, I was able to be optimistic‚ and reflected that I actually learned a lot about my body and became quite resourceful in knowing which YouTube channels to go, for rehab, strength and conditioning.
I'm a lot better now and knowing this allowed me to help other people. I want to help you by sharing the YouTube channels that helped me and here is the list: Athlean-X, Bob & Brad, Smashwerx, Upright Health, Precision Movement by Eric Wong, and GuerillaZen Fitness. Just type into the search bar on YouTube and you should be able to to find it and subscribe to it if you find it helpful.
