Heard some great news that the film I worked on 🎞️ "Think of the Worst" will be back this Sunday as part of a FACEBOOK LIVE STREAMING 📺 event from Sunderland Shorts Film Festival, where the film won the Audience Favourite Award last year. 😊 ✨ As an effort to give people staying at home something other than the ongoing news cycle, Sunderland Shorts Film Festival will stream their favourite past entries this Sunday at 10 AM PST/ 1 PM EST (6 PM UK time), one of the films being Think of the Worst. I hope you enjoy it if you get the chance to see it.👍👍 ✨ Facebook.com/SunderlandShorts |

Was sick 😷 for the entire week but felt better this weekend after celebrating my mom's birthday 🎂, which is why you see me putting my hand up on the side to keep a distance away. I had to snap up a few pics for memory 👍. One of the best ways to spend indoors for the weekend especially for times like this. Hope everyone had a good and safe weekend. 💓👍
Chinese New Year 15 day celebration is now over. 💪 The year of the rat has started off well for me because I got a new job 👍 that has given me lots of OT which hasn't given me much of a life but hey at least I'm earning and saving more money💰😛 and it's only temporary. I have no complaints but am just very grateful. I wish you all healthy, wealthy and prosperous year! 💓💯
Snow day ☃️ fun day 😃. Welcome to my winter wonderland 👍.
❄️ Shoveling snow after work ain't fun but it sure is a good heck of a workout! 💪⛄ ❄️ AND I worked out twice too! 💪💪 I call this routine my nature workout: winter edition 😉 2019 has come and gone and I must say, in terms of my physical health, it was the WORST YEAR EVER!!! Why? Because I had non stop injuries throughout the year and it made me feel sad.
However, I was able to be optimistic‚ and reflected that I actually learned a lot about my body and became quite resourceful in knowing which YouTube channels to go, for rehab, strength and conditioning. I'm a lot better now and knowing this allowed me to help other people. I want to help you by sharing the YouTube channels that helped me and here is the list: Athlean-X, Bob & Brad, Smashwerx, Upright Health, Precision Movement by Eric Wong, and GuerillaZen Fitness. Just type into the search bar on YouTube and you should be able to to find it and subscribe to it if you find it helpful. And no, I'm NOT affiliated with any of those channels. I just thought I'd share what helped me improve my physical injuries throughout this year. Consider this as a gift from me to giving good health to everyone. Best of luck to you all in 2020!
Went to the beach house restaurant with my mom earlier this month for lunch to check out the restaurant that's close to my home but never been there!
😯 As you can see, the food was delicious and it was worth the visit. Definitely worth going back. 😍 😘 . . . . . #deliciousfoods #deliciousfood😋 #imnickwong #nickwong #nicholaswong #黃棟庭 #beachhouserestaurant #victoriabccanada🇨🇦 #deliciouslunch
